Fuel purchase agreement

The term 'Fuel purchase agreement' as it applies to the area of energy can be defined as ' An agreement between a company and a fuel provider which stipulates that the company agrees to purchase its fuel from the fuel provider. If the company has a credit card for use at a fuel provider's locations, but is not bound by an additional agreement to purchase fuel from that provider, the credit card agreement alone is not considered a fuel purchase agreement'.
